I won a lucky draw which I didn't participate

I received a call from this +966 55 236 9019 with a name ‘Starhub Company’ telling me that I won $50,000 dollars. This guy was persuading me to get my money when I didn’t even join any lucky draw and I’m not even using postpaid for my sim card. I quickly end the call.
